They do what they're supposed to do

Something more today. Fans are all connected, they are silent. It's pretty easy to install. They don't have very long handles, but I found that to be more of an advantage than a disadvantage when picking them up. They are strong enough that you can thread them through the fan's screw mounts with pliers without breaking the fastener.

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • Safety

Wiggle Wiggle Wiggle

First time using rubber fan rivets. Study: I had to DuckDuckGo it. I found that the side furthest away from the middle, larger hub is installed at the fan holes. The side with the shortest distance goes to the hull itself. Installation: Video after video shows/tells you to pull straight. Which I did and broke my first two attempts. It starts to turn a little white just before it bursts. So I thought a bit and decided...yeah, you know. The next two rivets on the same 80mm fan went through with…

The easiest way to install a case fan.

I just used pliers to attach one end to the fan and the other end to the case. Much easier than screws and they snap in very well. Noise cancellation is also a nice added bonus.

Pros
  • Fits a lot of people
Cons
  • Poor instructions

Excellent fan insulators

Works exactly as I expected. They are soft enough to easily thread through the appropriate mounting holes on the fan and case, but strong enough to hold the fan in place and isolate it from the case to prevent noise. An added bonus: They're soft enough to be used in places they weren't originally intended for (like attaching a 120mm fan to a finned CPU rack when I lost the original mounting zip ties).

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Some flaws

Be Quiet Pure 140mm Vertical Fans Solid

I recently bought a Silent Base 802 Black and didn't want to use screws for the three vertical fans on the front. Using a screwdriver without a motherboard isn't easy, and using a screwdriver when everything is there would be a nightmare, so I ordered and serviced them. Upon arrival I quickly installed all 3 vertical front fans in about 5 minutes. The fit wasn't exactly snug and I was a bit concerned that they might just be cheap gimmicks, but once the fan was on all 3 hung perfectly and it was

Anti-vibration mounts that do the job

These anti-vibration mounts work. I've used them on four fans - two 120mm and two 140mm fans - and they eliminated a slight bearing hum that was just audible enough to be annoying. They're strong too - I mention this because I've seen comments about other mounts falling apart too easily during installation. I removed the top of one but it was on me. Instead of pulling it straight through the fan vent like the others, I pulled it out of the way.

Pros
  • Useful for more than their intended purpose
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Works well - easy to use

HONBAY 40 ST PC Case Fan Black Rubber Noise Canceling Anti-Vibration I used them to mount the fans in my new PC. They didn't protrude far enough from the case for me to lay my computer on its side.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Weight

About what I expected

Pros: - Helped reduce noise from my fans a bit - Easy to install and move fans into different configurations Cons: - Didn't shake my case loose from fans resonating TT_TT Things to note: - At least for me, the fans slide down the screw channels because the rubber isn't tight enough to hold them. No big deal as the channels keep them where they need to be. be, but there is something to consider

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Requires an outlet
