Easy to install - light and lighting accessories

My current lightbulb blew out, it was very easy to install! The only difference between the old bulb and the new one is that the old one was green so the light where you press the button isn't green, but that doesn't bother me as long as it works and it did.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Fixes problem with light not working

It depends how much the lack of light on the watch bothers you! If you like me, then the exchange was worth it! It wasn't bad for a job substitute! Remember that you have to disassemble the dashboard (it's not that bad), watch some YouTube videos and you'll be fine!

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Some flaws

I see my Honda watch again!

I've never understood why Honda makes watches that are unreadable in the dark. Well, the lights went out. It is easy to fix to replace. Be sure to disconnect the wire harness or you may burn out. The instructions are on YouTube. As two tools I used a paint scraper and a screwdriver. Work for a maximum of 5 minutes.

Pros
  • Amazing
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Direct fit - 5 minutes work

I can see the clock! There are many homebuilt ones available (a 2002 Honda Accord) but you don't have to unplug any of the watch plugs. Just pull out the watch and look to the right side. You can simply unscrew the blown bulb and put another one in. If you want to check it before putting the watch back in, make sure you put the key in the ignition.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Can't remember

My clock light is working now!

Lamp worked when installed! - At this point you're probably thinking "Thank you, Captain Obvious" (cleaned version), but I've bought one from a retailer before and it didn't work. Since it hasn't worked since I bought it used, I figured maybe the outlet wasn't working. In any case, after the exchange, let it be light!

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Very expensive

Clock light repaired on a 2001 Honda Accord

This repaired the clock light on our 2001 Honda Accord which had not been used for years and we were told by the Honda shop that it was very difficult to fix and the dashboard had to be removed. Not true! There are some tutorial videos on YouTube and it was easy to do. We didn't need 5 minutes. Suggestion: use a second person to hold the assembly after taking it out of the dash and then you don't even have to remove the 2 wire harnesses. All work can be done with a slotted screwdriver.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Security

10 minute install on a 2002 Honda Accord EX

Installing the clock backlight was very easy, wish I had done it years ago. After reading other reviews and watching installation videos, I bought an "interior finishing kit" to take the clock off (as opposed to a flat head screwdriver). With the purchase of the "Interior Finishing Kit" the total installation cost was $19.68 and 10 minutes of labor. When checking that the lights are working before resetting the clock, first make sure the ignition is "ON" so that at least the warning lights on…

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Legacy model

Fits perfectly. Ideal for original factory lighting.

Perfectly matches the rest of the dashboard. Quick installation by watching YouTube videos before installation. When removing the clock you will want to use a plastic tool and slide it under the front bottom edge of the clock. Be very careful because the frame of the air conditioner will break 24/7 if you use too much force. You only need a medium flathead screwdriver to unscrew the old bulb and screw in the new bulb. If you use a metal screwdriver to remove the clock, there's a good chance…

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • Disappears
