I like Honey Can Do shelves because so far all the poles are 1" in diameter (I think that's the industry standard "in my opinion") and 1" between them Rows of shelves from their 4 and 5 tier shelves. There are no instructions so it took me a minute to figure it out. Also, I didn't consider my baseboard, so it didn't fit the way I wanted, which is exactly 36 inches. However, it is strong enough to hold 3 3 gallon jugs on a shelf, although the shelf is slightly curved. The deformation can be caused by the plastic pieces that hold the shelf in place, they slide and it's almost impossible to get them all to the same height. Price is ok.

The product image is deceptive as the decorative edging around the shelf does not contain the products you are placing on the shelf. Because this decorative border is on the bottom of the shelf along the entire edge of the shelf, it is on the bottom of the shelf, not the top. It appears to have been a manufacturing error. I don't know if I like them yet, they're really strong and I've been able to collect all my canned goods and boxes in one place but putting them together was an awful real problem those Plastic grommets fell off every time I installed the shelf, I ended up having to tape it over so I could install the shelf. I misunderstood the dimensions of this item as I wanted to put this shelf in my kitchen but ended up being too big. So I decided to use it in my room as my room also needed some organization. It actually served a great purpose. I was able to place it in front of my closet door and take some items from my closet and put them on the shelves.
