Hongso Stainless Steel Cross Over Burner Set: Perfect Replacement For Centro, Charbroil And Other Gas Grill Models Review

Ordered as replacements for the same kit I purchased 2 years ago. Great value, but it doesn’t last very long. I went to replace tubes and entire burner tube fell off. Heads of screws holding tubes broke off, so now I will have to drill those out. If you’re looking to get 1 maybe 2 more years out of your gas grill, this is for you. If you want it to work longer.get OEM replacement parts.

There is nothing wrong with the quality; they are simply too long to fit between the 4 burners of my Char-BroilMODEL 463267113. I must have mis-measured the distance between the burners.my bad. I'm hoping I can return them for tho ones that fit.

Edit:8/13/2017. Well at first I thought these were great, but they didn't even last a year. They are already rusted out and broke and need replacing again at the 10 month mark. The gauge of metal should really be a little thicker and now I see the price is higher from when I bought them about a year ago probably due to all the good reviews when they should have decreased it truthfully since they don't seem to even last a year. These did not seem to fit my grill correctly even thought they were supposed to be the correct length. They ended up being about 1/4" too short to span the full gap between the burners and still be able to fasten them down with the screws that were provided. I had to use metal snips to cut open the ends of the tips so I could still use the screws to fasten them down. It worked for the short term, but I'm guessing it won't last very long. we will see. have used this for almost 2 months and you can see signs of usage (2 times a week in average). It is not as good as original product and most probably need to be replaced once a year. The missing star is for not holding for more than 1 year.

The nice thing about these is they are adjustable in case the posts on the burners are just a little off. The downside is they didn’t last long at all: just five months and the rusting out. Worse still, we grilled about 50% less over that time than we normally do.

These installed easily and were a perfect fit for our Charbroil grill. But they are already heavily rusted and one has already broken off at the mounting tab due to rust. This grill stays covered except for when cooking, so while they look like a good part - and install like good part - the ones we got are already failing, whereas the original ones lasted for several years. For this reason, I cannot recommend these and would suggest looking elsewhere for replacements.

Working OK, mounting holes way too large. Had to find screws and washers to mount. Nice if screws were included.Seem a little flimsy compared to OEM.

Bought in May 2020. Thought the price was a steal. After the fact, I feel like I'm the one who got robbed. These clearly are not made of stainless steel, as mine deteriorated in 3 months - exactly the same as the pics I see (now) that others have posted. They Literally crumbled. Not sure how/why so many people have given 5 star ratings.? Guess they were happy with how cheap they were (I know I was). But be certain, in this case, you definitely get what you paid for.

The part worked, but came with screws instead of cotter pins to secure to burner. I was able to use pins that were original.

The ones that came with the grill did a better job of crossing the flame over. The price was right so I'd recommend picking them up if you are replacing burners anyway.

They appeared to be the same as my original burners but the mounting tab was facing the wrong direction. I didn't notice that the flames were coming from the bottom of the burner instead of the top, right away. But later I noticed that the grill had been lighting a little slower when I found the flame coming from the bottom of the burner not the top. They still work but not as well as the original parts they just light slower and maybe not quite as hot a flame. I didn't contact Hongso.

Works fine, however, the holes for the mounting screws are MUCH larger than the original. The screw heads pulled through the huge holes. Had to use large washers so they wouldn't pull through the hole.

You probably need these if your burners are old and worn out. I certainly did! These are very simple and easy to install. They're what make it possible to light one burner and have that one light the rest for you.

Fit perfectly. be sure to measure the ones you're replacing, so you don't do what I did and order the wrong size. It is easily susceptible to corrosion and discoloration with time and usage.

I didn't think I reallly needed these things but I ordered them anyway before I rebuilt my gas grill. I had a couple igniters that don't work so I'm very glad I ordered these. Much cheaper and easier to replace than igniters. My grill is like brand new now. Happy with this purchase

Replaced tents, burners and cross-pieces. All pieces fit my grill as described (double-checked the lengths before I purchased). Most difficult part of installing was removing the old corroded burners. No issues with installation of the new parts. Had an extra screw in the cross-pieces pack that I used to re-attach the igniter to one of the burners.

Make sure you measure your old ones like I did before ordering,Mine fit and look exactly like the old charbroil ones.perfect. Fast shipping.

Fit okay, but not exactly like my Charbroil ones. As others have said, screws would be nice, but not docking for that because they never stated they were included.

You only get one season of grilling out of these, however we use our grill almost everyday during the summer. Thanks for attention!
