Not as good as the original but better than nothing.
The ones that came with the grill did a better job of crossing the flame over. The price was right so I'd recommend picking them up if you are replacing burners anyway.

- Easy to install. Husband very happy he could cook on his grill again
Cons
- The cross overs I use fell apart in less than a year!
