HONK809 Single Installation 2001 2005 Vehicles Review

Need more detailed instructions on how to securely attach to a specific vehicle model. I spent over an hour making sure the unit couldn't just be pulled out after installation.

Surprisingly good replacement for my old radio. The texture is different from the rest of the dashboard, but nothing to worry about. There are no clear assembly instructions, but almost anyone will be able to see how the pieces fit together. The biggest disadvantage is that there is no way to close the part at the bottom. I have noticed that small light objects often fall out of the hole. The original radio box has a spring-loaded door that keeps everything inside.

Fits snugly on dash. I found a YouTube video that explains how to replace the radio. I only used one large piece because the side brackets weren't needed to hold the radio in place and the small panel covering the front of the radio didn't fit the radio I bought. Also, I had to put some spacers between the radio and the metal bracket that came with the radio to get the radio to fit snugly (I used several plastic gift cards).
