Great! They have knurled handles on one side so the items I pick up don't fly out of my hands and the other side is smooth. Well insulated! I had no problem with the feeling of heat lifting something out of the oven. I've used them under soup bowls so I don't burn my hands carrying them to the table and I don't burn myself on the counter or while eating. No problem. Highly recommended!
