Great table, terrible customer service

This is a great table... if only it had all the pieces. It was easy to put together until we noticed a missing part of the leg which made the table wobble. The main reason for my bad rating is the terrible customer service. Their decisions were ridiculous and useless. I won't buy anything from them anymore.

Good table for tables

Very happy with the table for the money. It's a little darker than I thought. Very easy to assemble. Well numbered parts and even hex keys to assemble the table. The parts were in perfect condition as was the table top. Very happy with the purchase. No one has reviewed the table before me, but I'm still glad I bought it. A very good buy. Otherwise a great table, just be aware you may not have everything you need to screw the little one in. Update: I found a small Allen key missing, so it's myโ€ฆ

Nice table but it looked brand new - missing a few screws and an Allen key

Overall this is a good piece of furniture. One star off because I thought it was a return. Several mounting screws and an Allen key were missing. Luckily I have a local hardware store that has screws that fit this unit and allen wrenches. So I saved time. It's bigger than I thought and might not be the best for "small" spaces, so measure and note the dimensions properly.

Screws are best missing from tables

I ordered two of these tables, they looked very nice. One screw was very difficult to get into the leg, but once we finally got it in, everything else went well. The other table was missing screws so we couldn't assemble it. I'm having trouble finding how to contact the seller on the Revain website to send the screws to us. Update: The seller responded quickly twice but said they don't have any spare parts. Offered me $10 to look for her myself. We have ordered two more identical items and weโ€ฆ
