we used them for the shadow box

we tried all possible ways to insert some images into the resulting shadow box. Everything dropped the photos once our apartment warmed up in the afternoon. We attach some of these hooks to photos and not a single photo has been taken for at least a month. Finally found something that works!

Pros
  • stitching
Cons
  • makes me angry

Weak glue renders them useless

I tested about 10 of these on different surfaces. The adhesive did not cope with fabric, wood, some types of plastic and glass. I would return them if I could, but I used 20 of them. Never had to buy cheap. The strong glue that says in the description? When I accidentally glued two of them back to back, the glue was strong. Otherwise no.

Works great: great price

Bought these to carry in the pockets of my running tights as my iPhone keeps slipping out and also when I sit down when I'm at the cinema. My ruse consisted of sewing them together in addition to the glue. They are easy to close and secure the contents of the bags and are also easy to open. It's big, great quality and price! If I had any complaints I would say there is too much in the pack!

Pros
  • 1 year trial
Cons
  • Only available in white

Not again! - Clasps

Ordered these again from someone else as my last batch could not be used as they were rolled up and torn off on arrival. But yes, again. The same thing happened. They were rolled so tightly that the dots came loose, stuck to other dots, and became unusable. Conversely, to save when I could save. Not as much! I need to buy more, this time I'm buying from a store that goes at a FLAT price! I do not recommend.

Pros
  • Very good value
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

I hate it. I hate, hate, hate these useless things. I have applied them to a variety of surfaces throughout the house and every time they have NOT worked in every situation. No joke. The velcro is actually fine, but the adhesive is so weak that it will peel off any surface you attach it to. Mandatory every time. Sometimes they can work A LOT (which is rare). But in the end they all fail. I've tried them on wood, drywall, masonite, aluminum and plastic. The closest I got was aluminum, but don't…

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • A few bits and pieces
