🔧 Hoover 38528-033 Windtunnel Drive Belt: Affordable 6 Pack Generic Replacement Review

The first two straps we tried to use broke right out of the pocket, one after the other. My wife was very unhappy. This is an awful product; DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY.

You have an old Hoover vacuum cleaner. Break the agitator drive belts 2-3 times a year. Bought to have on hand when not in use. Find a good belt that is the right size. Good price and hopefully good service. The time will show.

The belt on my vacuum cleaner is very sensitive to objects on the floor. It gets clipped more often than I expected. This is why I bought the straps in bulk, they work very well but are difficult to install. You can't beat the price. I will buy them again.

These drive belts fit my Hoover Widepath but I'm not impressed with their durability. I have to change the belt about a month or two. They used to last for more than a year, and now they're disposable like bags!

I bought this for a 2007 Hoover U5140900 which requires strap 38528-033. It may be marked 38528-033 but it is the wrong size - too short. I'm guessing it's the drive belt on vacuum cleaners etc that use a 2 belt system? It's definitely the wrong size.

This belt is a bit tight but fits my vacuum cleaner. I compared it to the old belt that came with my vacuum and it turned out to be slightly larger. However, since the original strap broke, it may have been slightly stretched. Either way. It works so I'm happy with this purchase.

I thought my 10 year old vacuum broke and was looking for a replacement because it wasn't picking up dirt and cat hair like it used to. Turns out all I had to do was replace the stretched drive belt. I googled how to change the belt and within minutes my vacuum was like new and running. And since it's a 6-pack, I can change the belt more regularly to keep my vacuum cleaner in tip-top shape.

They were installed in a wind tunnel vacuum. They seemed good at first, but after a few uses, each strap started smelling like burnt rubber after a quick vacuum. Upon closer inspection, it turned out that not only the inner surface of the ribbon was covered with glaze, but the ribbon itself was stretched.
