Works great for hauling items and winches

Excellent quality. I recommend checking the length. Bought this one thinking it would last a long time. I ended up having to take the 13 foot just make sure it fits.

  • Best
Cons

Hopkins Trailer Cable 6ft with 7 Blades

As far as I can tell this is the best trailer cable on the market. It was easy to swap out in my caravan. You can buy a cheaper cable, but this cable is the most durable I've found.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Very Expensive

Plugged in and everything worked.

Plugged in and all the lights and brakes worked. I've read complaints about wire pinout/color issues, I've had no such issues. The end is 1 solid molding and the cable jacket is quite stiff. It's not very flexible which suits my application.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • I can't remember but something happened

Great product, very durable.

Sturdy cable well insulated wires of the right size. I didn't measure the length of the plug I installed on the open end and the outer wire insulation was short or the wires were too long, that's my fault. When connecting the plug, ensure that the outer insulation protrudes at least 2.5 cm into the plug. THEN cut the wires according to your connection. This is a durable, well-made product.

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
  • expensive

Really good product

great product! Completely tight. All clamps are industrially galvanized. All cables matched the standard trailer color code. Mine was a little longer to make soldering the joints easier. I only wish he would be more comfortable in my suburban ship. My old replacement plastic head worked, but this sealed rubber head "feels" a bit loose. But there was no flash of twinkling lights at all. REALLY RELIABLE PRODUCT!

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • boring packaging

Great product, some cable colors are not standard (in this country)

Quality cable as per other reviews but the colors are not what you would call standard. The colors are the same as in the What do you expect from Taiwan review, except mine is from Mexico. You just have to be mindful of the odd color scheme when making your final connections to lights etc. Use a test lamp to ensure the connections are correct.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Secret
