Description of Hoppin'

Hoppin' is a social VR platform that allows you to teleport your mind to anywhere in the world through 360 video-loops. It allows you to hangout with friends and family wherever; one moment you can be on top of the Olympic stadium in Montreal, and the next on a calm beach in Portugal. Right now the app is available on the Oculus Go, with more headsets to come in the coming months. Anyone with a headset can hangout in the available content, or upload their 360 video content to hang out in their own content with whoever they want. Whenever companies, tourism associations or destination representatives are interested in having the ability to showcase their region or experience in a fully immersive manner, Hoppin' is the perfect solution to do so.

Fun Experience Feeling Like You're In A Different Place

I love this app because it's a way to enjoy virtual vacations at home! I live in Toronto and the nearest ski resort was about an hour from my house, so this was perfect! The only thing I didn't like about this experience was that sometimes the audio would not sync up with the video when we were moving around in different locations. That said, I think it was likely to do with the quality of our internet connection. The other benefit to using this app is that I can use it for free without fear of
