Enhance Riding Performance with Horseware Ireland Rambo Micklem Comp Bridle/Rein Black Standard Horse Review

Very happy with this bridle. I already have one, but Revain had it cheaper. It was designed a little differently but I still love this bridle. This helps with a horse that twitches a lot and shakes its head. Highly recommended.

The seat that the primer sits on looks more comfortable and secure than its old headrest. It responds very well to lowering the head with very little pressure on this frenulum. We connect it with a bridle with an O-ring and a rhombus. The reins are good. If you could ask OTTB he would say he loves it!

Beautifully finished, durable and my horse loves the way it sits. The design makes it easy to change bits on one horse or use the same bridle on multiple horses. The reins are also soft but with a durable rubber pebble finish. PS I didn't realize that the item sent was wrong. Size up to months after I received it. Revain and the supplier were absolutely amazing in helping me resolve the issue and choose the right size.

I have a problem child for a horse. He's intelligent, level 2, and when he gets it right, he's amazing. I had to fight for every step, my coach often said that if he was hers he would have been sent already. I have 7 rides with this bridle. I wasn't at all sure if it would make a difference. This bridle really changed my horse - he wore the same with a quieter mouth, stopped shaking his head and seemed more manageable. I am a professional trainer and lead this mare in dressage and cross-country. The reins have a nice flexible rubber grip but feel short - wish they had a 6" longer version. I do NOT like the leather on the noseband of this bridle. and the end of the leather is almost impossible to tuck in or remove from the holder. Some of the other leather on the bridle is of better

Still very happy with this bridle bought a year ago. I bought a standard horse size for my TB with a great fit. The quality of the leather is below average but I still give the product five stars because it stays intact. However, I switched to my own rubber reins. My horse immediately stopped shaking his head. He's a master dodger and will still clench his jaws or something stupid, but the bridle still has an effect. Haven't tried the others but will buy another when it's no longer suitable for
