This is an amazing product!

This is an amazing product, it can hold two boards of the same size and can be rotated to hold two boards of different sizes, it is durable and works great

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Compatibility

Not square both horizontally and vertically

Not square both horizontally and vertically. The walls are too thin, so leveling the surface with a file to make it square won't work.

Pros
  • High quality workmanship
Cons
  • Some disadvantages

Comes apart easily: corner brackets

On the second use of this unit, the inner bracket fell off the adjustment rod. Even using the holder on the small screw that holds it in place, it fell off. This clamp didn't always get things square, and measurements are still required to ensure the project is 90 degrees.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Easily torn

Completely useless garbage!

Shop Something Different! I bought two of these, one fell apart when I picked it up. (The screws had snapped off) He can't hold the boards together properly. Yes, my boards are straight and square cut. These yokes are junk and cannot be used for their intended purpose or for anything other than an anchor for a very small boat.

Pros
  • Best in Niche
Cons
  • Out of Style

Fence not square

Fences are not square vertically so when you press the clip the material twists out. I bought 4 of these because I need to weld about 50 steel frames from 1" square tubing. They are die cast aluminum with relatively thin walls. Maintain and just want something to hold the pieces but not for me.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Very expensive

Unusable because not square

When purchasing a square bracket, assume the brackets are 90 degrees. Not this one. I am very disappointed, the clamp itself is strong but useless for the job. I was trying to glue 2 boards together and when I applied some pressure the boards started falling apart. I checked for squareness and the horizontal arm was about 1/32 off, which is a lot since the arm is only about 1 inch tall. Would never buy this again.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Returnable

HARD TO USE on clamps

I REALLY DON'T WANT TO FIGHT WITH THE ROTATION FUNCTION. THIS MAKES JOINING THE CORNERS REALLY MORE DIFFICULT. I WANT YOU TO BE able to LOCK THE ROTATION FUNCTION SO THAT THE CLAMP MOVES BACK AND FORWARD OR ROTATE! WHEN YOU FINALLY PLACE YOUR PARTS AND CLAMP THE ENDS ARE NOT SQUARE, AND YES. I double measured to make sure my sections were square and I'm accurate. I HOLD THE TOP OF EACH CORNER IN POSITION WHEN I KILL THE SCREWS TO ENSURE THAT THE PART GOES NOWHERE. I bought 4 of these thinking…

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Short instructions

But it worked. - Power Tools and Hand Tools

It really worked after some "fixing" by you. It comes with the corner clip detached from the screw handle. I took the piece apart and screwed in the set screw I believe should hold the piece. It worked briefly, but then that part of the clamp fell apart again, this time with what appeared to be a snapped set screw. I had to find a screw of the same size and drive it into space. After doing that, it worked for my latest project.

Pros
  • One handle, adjustable sponge, solid, non-slip, durable rubber grip, help instant installation and quick attachment.
Cons
  • Fading

Built like a tank...but not quite square

I wanted to love her like that! Unfortunately, once you clamp them... you're not pulling the pieces together. They actually make them separate! Their faces aren't even remotely square. I opened the package, tried them and in less than an hour they were back in the box and I was on my way to Kolya to return them. Great idea and possibly surprising when put together well. Though built like a tank, they're just strong. They are not accurate at all. Such a shame!

Pros
  • The floating head and galvanized rotating spindle can be adjusted to accurately level and hold workpieces.
Cons
  • No gun

Disappointing when used with power tools and hand tools.

I switched to corner clamps. In use, the inner corner of the clamp is permanently attached to the frame's center hole. Since you're holding your material in place by trying to pinch it, you now have to pull the center piece out of the hilt with your third hand while you start cursing in Cantonese. By the time you place it on the corner and align the boards properly, my 40-year-old corner clamp is already glued and screwed (which is actually good, but it sure doesn't sound right). The reason I…

Pros
  • Die-cast aluminum alloy clamp body. It's stronger and more durable, but it's easier to hold in hand.
Cons
  • Some errors
