Nothing special. When you need them, they easily fit the bill. I don't move them much. I used mine to connect a subwoofer to a graphic equalizer. I have a pretty static stack so I can't test its stiffness in more aggressive applications.

I bought this to use with a church sound system that I install and remove every Sunday morning. I've been using this product for a few months and haven't had any problems so far. It seems to be well made and doesn't make any noise. You can of course spend more and get a more powerful model, but for the price this model performs well.

I might use them a little differently than most. I recently bought a new line stage for my high end audio system. I modified my latest preamp to provide two sets of RCA jacks to route its output to both the power amps for my main speakers and the line in of my subwoofer. My new line level only had one RCA set and the other was XLR. I used them to convert XLR to RCA and connected a subwoofer cable to it.
