This tree stand was a big disappointment. It claims to be rustproof but mine started to rust within the first week of use. The real problem, though, is the instability. Despite the claim of being a quadripod, this stand wobbles like crazy .I almost lost my tree multiple times due to the stand's poor design. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I will be looking for a better tree stand option next year. Home and Kitchen shoppers, beware of this one!

I LOVE this stand. I wish I had received it many years ago. I used bricks to support my tree and even that was unreliable. I would like to point out that it's all metal, the only plastic thing is the adapter that comes with it in case your tree is different sizes and I ended up using it. It took me a minute to understand how hands fall. There was a small scheme, but it made no sense. However, to take them out, pull them up and then out, then lock them back in place when not in use.
