I bought 3 of these glasses and a week later 1 more. I really loved them. But now mold is forming under the colored stripe. Very disappointing! I would like to return them, but it's too late. I hope to hear from the seller.

I didn't know he was small. I would say it holds about 6 oz. For non-alcoholic drinks I would say it's too small. I think it needs an overhaul to be able to keep whatever you put in it very cold.

This cup is perfect. I use it for my wine drinking of course. I usually chill all my wines. I quickly realized what I had been missing over the years. It keeps it cold the whole time I drink, not just cold but icy. I have already donated two of these mugs.

I gave my SIL 2 packs of these cups (coral) and she loved it. I decided to order one for myself, put it in the freezer as soon as I got it and was going to use it a week later and found it was all cracked. I am very disappointed and cannot return as I threw away the box :(

I really liked the mug, but after only a month and a half black mold started to form in the layers of the mug. It's outside of the return date, so I'm sticking with it? I have no way of contacting the sellers otherwise I would have. I hope you contact me.

I bought 2 cups and froze them upside down in less than 2 hours (from what I read on the packaging). They seemed frozen and stayed cold for a while. We served white wine in it and it chilled it nicely!

I received a set of gray wine tumblers and loved them so I saw they had other colors and bought this one. My biggest gripe with regular wine glasses is that the wine returns to room temperature too quickly. These tumblers stay frozen for hours so you can sip a few glasses of wine and keep the bottle out of the fridge. I love this color too!

It's good but only stays cold for 1 sip unless you drink it fast! But if I was drinking something with the intention of drinking it quickly, I would just use ice cubes because I'd be drinking it faster than it melts. So it's not really necessary. Use it for 1 glass of white wine to chill. But as soon as I empty the jar, it has to go back in the freezer.

I just received this product in the mail. Received broken. It seems that the glue between the bottom and the top of the glass didn't stick. The internal cooling leaked and of course ruined everything. I have another of the same cooler mug and it was great. My problem is I want a replacement or refund as it arrived after the return date violation.
