I like that they provide great support for our clients. They are very responsive to any questions we may have about their products or services. We don't use many of their features but when we do it's been easy to make changes as needed. There is not much in terms of dislike here besides some minor issues with cpanel/hosting control panel. I liked that it was very simple to set up my website using their tutorials. I did not like how they charged me for things that were not included in my package. They also changed my hosting plan without telling me. It was too complicated to move from one provider to another. If you are looking for simplicity, this is not the service for you. The customer support is great! I have been able to resolve issues in seconds instead of hours or days. My website was down for over an hour once because they had some problems but their team came back within minutes and resolved it right away. It's also nice that you can use one account across multiple servers/domains so if something happens to your main site, everything else stays up and running without any downtime. The customer service is fantastic! I have been working directly w/ their support team for over two years now & they are always willing to help when needed (even after hours). They can't do enough in terms of making sure you're happy before moving forward or taking action - even if it's something as simple as "let me know what else we could've done better".
