I prefer socks with very low volume for better ski control and also because I feel warm. Find out. They are very comfortable and surprisingly durable for such a thin sock. Bought a bundle if they ever decide to stop production.

I use these socks for skiing and my feet never get cold. I love that my feet never go numb or numb in these socks. Now I have 3 pairs that will be enough for long trips this winter.

I love these ski socks because they look stylish and thin and they don't constrict my legs just below the knees like other brands I've used. Fortitude feels hit or miss, although mostly a hit. In the first season, two of the six socks developed a small hole, but there were no new holes in the second.

I like thin socks so these fit. I also like stretchy socks that sit comfortably on my calves and they do. I find that many other ski socks don't have much stretch in the unbuttoned portion, so I can find it difficult to pull them up on the top of my calf (and no, I don't have overdeveloped calf muscles). I have no idea why other brands make them like this but they are stretchy and very comfortable. Just for reference, I'm a size 13ft and I think XL is the right size for me.

I may have just received a defective pair but I bought this along with a pair of Smart Wool and another brand. Both were great! They fit great and are very warm!
