Great sound but one mic in my kit was bad

Love the sound quality. I use it with my large ExoGear Bluetooth speaker with a mic jack. However, one of my microphones wasn't working and I tried to email the company and talk to them about replacing the broken one, but they never got back to me.

Clear sound and loud

These mice worked great! Clear and loud. Exactly what we need for serious karaoke. I couldn't get the receiver working right away but I contacted their support team and they responded quickly and sent me a new one. Good service. I was very impressed. Definitely recommended.

So far so good Microphones

So far so good! I was able to connect and use right away. The sound is great! I used the mic that came with my Costco karaoke machine and it's so much better! Family and friends were also very impressed and asked for product information! Great price for two microphones! Will update later, good or bad.

Awesome wireless mic, but there is still work to be done to improve battery charging technology.

I give 5 stars because the product works well. However, the battery never worked for me because I installed it with the wrong polarity on the back; and charging with the wrong polarity has probably damaged the battery. My fault, but the manufacturer can eliminate the possibility of this problem by developing a mechanism or electronic lock to block charging if the battery is installed the wrong way round.

Great wireless mics

We bought this mic to use with our Singtrix karaoke machine so people don't get disconnected while singing. The mics are very clear and everyone swears they sound better than wired mics. An added benefit of the Singtrix is that you can connect a wireless receiver to the Mic 1 port and both singers will receive sound effects from the Singtrix. Incredible support from Hotec, the best

I have a deaf brother-in-law and bought them so we can dictate on an Apple laptop and view text on the TV while his FIVE sisters chat. He has a phone app but they are all chatting at the same time and the phone just gives up. So we can have two microphones that they can send. Well it didn't work. Apple does not recognize the input module. I linked to Hotec's answer and WHAT answer, great, detailed, insightful. Working together, we found that some Apple laptops work and some don't.
