Does not work as described

Not happy with this unit. Just didn't attach the stones to the medium. I've used glass and fabric as mediums with similar results. Dissatisfied with the work and returned the goods.

Works but applicator tips are wrong size

The SS20 stone applicator was too big for the SS20 stone and melted the fabric around the stone. I had to use the SS16 applicator but it was still too big and you have to be careful not to let the fabric touch it.

This hotfix applicator does not get hot enough to melt the glue on the stone.

I want to return this product. I've only used it once on a stone and it didn't get hot enough. I had to go to Michael to get a real hotfix applicator that really works, gets really hot. The one I got from Revane doesn't seem to heat up enough. I set it to the highest temperature and the stones don't stay, the glue doesn't melt.
