This is normal, it costs about what you pay for it. It is good that all parts were present and in good condition. A few extra screws included. Seems straight. Easy to assemble. Looks nice. The bad thing is you get what you pay for, it's pretty basic so not that stable. If you put a heavy coat on it there is a good chance it will tip over if you don't put it on carefully and most importantly take it off the hanger. Kind of has a cheap vibe, but it's cheap so I guess it's fair.

The product does the job but the build quality is pretty poor. I didn't expect it to be trendy but for $45 I expected more. The holes in the tubes for the screws appear to be simply hollowed out and not drilled or punched. The imitation wood shelves had their surfaces smudged in places and the edging material overlapped instead of fully connecting the two edges.
