Disappointing - outdoors

Terribly disappointed. He is very thin. I haven't measured it, but I doubt it's as thick as the description claims. It's also very smooth. Because it's so thin and smooth, it doesn't work with any of the friction devices I've tried. These include various regular 1 inch buckles, "tees" and pull buckles, many of which are purchased as "recommended" for this webbing. This material is almost identical to regular seat belt material, only 1 inch wide.

Works great for webbing

I have a hot tub with a lid. The lid has a frame that makes it easy to lift the lid and move it to the back of the spa. However, the levers that move the lid allow the lid to move back too far and stress the metal levers. I attached this waist material to my arms and then attached the other end to the hot tub. They prevent the arms from moving too far back and relieve tension. The lid slides back easily and is held in place by an extended strap. Works great for me. I'm glad I could easily buy…

is a good network in camping

good binding. I used it to make a sling for lifting tools from the floor onto the bench; Tools under 100# (back capacity around 40# and waste!). The material works very well. I created the loops with small rivets and the webbing was fairly easy to separate to set the rivet. I used a rotary binding knife (like a razor sharp pizza cutter). I think scissors could do the trick, but they wore out. I used a candle to fuse the ends and had no problem making good compact leads. The support won't leave…

I received 6 straps in different lengths --- severely restricted usability!

The belt itself is good. Durable and soft, I wanted this as a replacement for the polypropylene shoulder strap on the water bottle carrier as the edge of the polypropylene strap is rough and ruins several jersey pants creating stress points in the jersey. HOWEVER, I received 6 pieces of webbing in different lengths. They could very well add up to 10 yards, although I haven't tested it. While one of the parts was long enough for my purpose, subsequent needs will most likely not be met by the…
