Good product. The only problem was I used a light backing because it wasn't half an inch. I had to compensate for the difference in thickness by additional thinning.

Good niche but I would recommend a thinner outer rim. I had to do a lot of shading and it still wasn't perfect. I would recommend instead of creating one.

I used this for a niche next to the sink in the bathroom so not the shower. But the size and shelf was exactly what I wanted. I tiled the inside of it to make it look amazing!

This is a shelf that needs tiling in our guest bathroom. My contractor had no problems installing it. The middle shelf protrudes a little, but can be adjusted. My contractor has already laid the tiles. Can come back with a review if anything out of the ordinary happens.

The box has become good, except for the shelf. It's too thick to fit in most shampoo bottles, especially if you put tiles on a styrofoam shelf. No way. (If you center the shelf, I wanted to make the best of both spaces.) Instead, I made a glass shelf that looks prettier and takes up less space. Here's what I would recommend. It worked well.

If you're considering the Schluter or Redi niche, worry not! Take it easy and get it right the first time. Especially if you use a Hardibacker as a backing plate. The thickness is exactly the same as 1/2" Hardie and the texture is similar. In fact, unlike some plastic abs, you can tile right on it. I'm very happy with my purchase decision!

This shower niche is awesome! It is very easy to install and the adjustable shelf feels very comfortable. Most niches don't give you this option, but this one does. My shower remodeler was impressed with the quality and ease of use. The only thing he did was make sure the bottom shelves were tipped forward to allow water to drain off the shelves. Otherwise it's perfect! We both highly recommend!

After redoing a tub and cutting out all the Durroc I bought this to save some time. wow ! It was easy to stall, and I matched the surrounding derrok perfectly! A lot of time saved. One small thing I noticed and really liked is that the shelves are slightly sloped to prevent water from running back. It's really nice :) I also like that the center section can be moved up and down anywhere or removed entirely.
