Best Finished Product Niche On The Market

If you're considering the Schluter or Redi niche, worry not! Take it easy and get it right the first time. Especially if you use a Hardibacker as a backing plate. The thickness is exactly the same as 1/2" Hardie and the texture is similar. In fact, unlike some plastic abs, you can tile right on it. I'm very happy with my purchase decision!
