Blocks out light

I was hoping this would help my son stay up after sunrise on holiday, but he got up a few minutes after sunrise every morning. It claims to be the product of a power outage, but you can see through it.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Factor Set

It could be darker but looks like it's made out of breathable fabric

It could be darker but it looks like it's made out of breathable fabric. It's also easy. The fit wasn't tight on our Pack N' Play, but it worked. In addition, it has several pockets that can be useful.

Pros
  • Same as everything so far
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Bulky but worth the place

Used for first night at a local hotel. It's a bit of a hassle as far as shipping and packaging go, but I think it was worth it. Don't expect a power outage, but it blocks enough light to keep my 1 year old from getting distracted.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • New Competitor

Suitable for bedding

Works great! Less expensive than a tent - it would have been more convenient to zip up the top completely if it was a tent but our 1.5 year old didn't like the zip up as he couldn't get up when he woke up and was scared of him. . We left the top open and it still worked great!

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Some little things

Amazing product for the price

This product is amazing for the price. We have the Pack n Play and it fits well and is a little loose but still feels secure. It blocks most of the light and still stays pretty cool. Our child is used to pitch-black darkness in the room and still sleeps very well with it and without curtains on the windows.

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • Appearance

Great purchase for baby bedding

We took this item when my granddaughter needed to go to a children's hospital in downtown Dallas and we needed to stay in a hotel. We used it to cover her playpen. It saved our lives this week. Very easy to put on. You can open the small page and take a look if needed. The kid had no problem with it at all. Worth a lot more than we paid for it.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Interchangeable

Discreet blackout roof

Bought after the disaster of our trip to my grandparents' house and in preparation for the forthcoming trip to the hotel. My 1 year old didn't like having anything on the backpack and playing. She stood up and stuck her head through the zipper. It helped block the light, but it's not a blackout cover. We used it again a few weeks later and it was useful but got warm inside.

Pros
  • also understandable for the old
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Great idea but poorly done - CHOKING HAZARD

Great idea but poorly done. The material is very dark, but still breathable for the baby. There are velcro straps to hold the cover in place and to prevent it from falling into the crib. Halfway through use, three velcro straps came loose one night and the entire cover fell into the crib. Luckily we were still up and got him out before he choked our baby. Everything to do with a sleeping child should be of higher quality and safer. Overall very disappointed with the product and would recommend…

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
