I used several of these to make bible bookmarks for friends. I attached a 2 inch Kumihimo type string of beads with a cross to the bottom of the bead. If you look closely at the picture on the right, you can see where I attached two pendants in the shape of little legs. I made this special bookmark for a good friend whose two children passed away. Bookmark ideas are endless. They also make great stocking fillers.

Good quality, I'm glad I have so many now! All twelve arrived on time (delivery two days). None were broken or bent. Some seem thinner than others (because of the ornate design I think this helps make them a bit thicker) but I've included a photo of each in the book and there's not much of a difference. .I am also glad that I have twelve. I'm the kind of person who reads several different books at once, so they're great for me. Much better than paper bookmarks!

Very good bookmarks at this price. The only problem I had was that some of them were bent and one of them had a broken ring. However, the metal proved to be more durable than the bookmark base I bought from Michaels for $1.99. Considering the cost (an important factor for me) as well as the durability and feel of the materials, design and the occasional imperfection I would definitely buy this again.
