Difficult to open and close. Must be worn crossbody as the chain IS NOT GRASPABLE to stay on one shoulder. External dimensions are accurate and slightly larger than many phones. I double-checked the measurements, but my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is difficult to plug in and out. This bag is small inside because the material is folded inside. Disappointing as I only carry a phone, a tiny cardholder and a lipstick, but that's not enough for three items.

Very pretty bag! I was able to fit a small umbrella in (I think the umbrella was 7 inches long). I wouldn't put too many things in it though, the clasp broke on me that evening which might be because I'm a purse filler. Very nice handbag but there are some problems. It has a really strong weird plastic smell so it cannot be used immediately and needs to be aired out. It's functional but quite heavy for its size. The top closure is very difficult to open, the buttons work well but the loops don't open fully (maybe because of the material?) making things difficult to reach or put in the pocket. It also seems to scratch easily and even had a few scratches right out of the box. I am planning to return this one due
