This is the slowest computer I've ever had. Almost a minute to load the page while there are a few videos or uploads. Facebook or YouTube can take 2-3 minutes per page! I added a program, OpenOffice. This computer is almost useless

Returned as not working properly. The keyboard often registers on screen, and when you're using it as a tablet the integrated keyboard keeps bouncing around even when you didn't want or need it. A total of 40% for software and 80% for hardware!

After using it for a week, I am convinced that it is better than I expected. Once you receive it, do not try to use it immediately. On the first day you have to have it updated and it will keep updating on the first day. If you try to use it during an update, it will be slow. It can overheat at times, so just give it a 5 minute rest without using it. I use it for private purposes and at least for me it's great and it's not as slow as I first thought.

Very nice compact convertible laptop/tablet in a robust case. Buy the 64GB version as 32GB is very space hungry once Windows 10 takes its toll. Don't be like others and try immediately after jumping online, you will be disappointed. The first thing you need to do after the initial activation is to uninstall the 30-day McAfee. This is a very good portable laptop. I was thrilled to receive it and looked forward to using it in the field. I think it's great for students.
