FULL PRICE, DEFECTIVE

I just found this exact item at Sears for $100 under the company's asking price; my fault. There was a problem when the item arrived so I contacted the seller and after a series of less than trustworthy messages I decided it was best to contact HP directly. The device is guaranteed thanks to HP, the problem does not seem to have been solved by the manufacturer. Waiting for HP to return the repaired product; very disappointed.

Very happy with the price

As an engineer I needed something powerful enough to run CAD software with all my MS Office products but didn't have that many bells and whistles, it's very difficult to work with . This checked all fields and then some.

Excellent laptop for computers and accessories

I am an accountant. I ordered this laptop because my tax software required an upgrade to Windows 10 this year. I was forced and the options were slim. I was afraid of losing data so I didn't want to upgrade. (insert horror stories about previous upgrades here). I decided to add a brand new computer and use both. I also chose a laptop because of the flexibility I could have. Notably, this laptop features a backlit keyboard (so easy to see!) and a separate 10-key keyboard that lets you type…
