The Microsoft Windows start menu did not work. It automatically updated Windows but it still didn't work. I could have tried to fix the problem but I didn't because I paid the price and I can't accept the faulty product. That's why I returned it. Otherwise I think everything else worked fine.

I am very dissatisfied with the seller. I bought an HP laptop last August and it stopped working; less than a year and the motherboard failed. I use this laptop every day for uni and can't afford to buy a new one. Not to mention I can't find a replacement motherboard to fix it. I like my new machine as it is more than I expected for this amount of money. You won't be short on resources with the 10th gen i5, no problem, brand new Super thin and slim, great performance, well, you don't get these kinds of specs for under $600, so that's a lot . I also like the size and I was concerned about fan noise because of other reviews but it only starts at 10% time and is by no means noisy but again - a great car for the money.
