Nothing to complain about, excellent connection to the Internet and all sites. I like the ease of use of Windows, although I had to get online first and work on a few things, but that's to be expected. And the price was just right for my lane. There's no CD/DVD port, but I didn't get one for that.

I bought this product for my son who is a distance student. The laptop is very light, making it easy to carry around. He loves the laptop and can do all the tasks with the laptop. There are a few caveats when looking for a laptop that can handle a lot of apps and storage. However, it's great for students and adults looking for something easy to work with.

!. If you are good with computers, BUT! For stupid computer people like me, forget it. You can delete the SPAM folder, BUT not! Often I go to delete something and then everything is deleted! And when I asked HP for help, a woman I could barely understand said my 90-day warranty had expired. She said I bought it in February. I BOUGHT ON MARCH 3! A month later, she said anyway, she refused to help me. I suggest that unless you are a TEC SAVY, DO NOT RESPECT, DO NOT BUY THIS!
