This maintenance kit is presented as an "Original HP Spare Part". The ad even shows an image of an HP tray and an image of a genuine HP fuser. However, what they supply is NOT a genuine HP part!. It does not come in an HP box, it is not an HP fuser unit, and it does not come with HP installation instructions like the original kit.

Broadly correct. The box says a 600 series maintenance kit, but the manual feed rollers are wrong. We don't use hand feeding so this isn't an issue for us, but you should probably be aware if you do. Delivery and packaging are good.

Bought and installed. Worked one day and stopped working. Had to pay an HP technician to come out and tell us it was faulty. Couldn't return it for a replacement as the policy says you must have the original packaging, unaltered etc to receive it. I threw away the original packaging because I worked the first day. You can order directly from HP.
