that's very frustrating. I spent almost a thousand dollars on this laptop and the HDMI port does NOT work! absolutely bad job. This is the worst crap I've ever received from Amazon. ABSOLUTELY NON-STARTER.

The laptop is excellent, the processor is fast, the graphics are fantastic and basically everything is fine. The only problem is that the laptop heats up incredibly quickly when charging.

It's a perfect device, all the features were excellent, but the international shipping was so bad it was delivered late, also the encapsulation was bad, the box was empty, just that The box of the device was included! There are no security bags or security paper inside!

I bought this to replace an HP Pavillion laptop I've had for 5 years. This is a good update. I love 2 in 1, it replaces my laptop and Kindle. It's easier to take with me when I travel, and I can use the hotspot in the truck to look for more things to transport while we're away. Makes life easier lol.

This laptop has exceeded my expectations, especially when ordering without physically holding it! The fingerprint reader does not always work, but the start is very fast.
