UPDATE 01/13/20 - Very responsive seller. They sent me a laptop return label the day after I contacted them. As soon as it was sent, another one was sent to me in the post, which I received at the end of the week. This one still works great - it wasn't as clean, looked a bit more worn than the first - but the keyboard works on this one, so it makes a big difference. Upgrade from 1 to 3 stars. I've had my laptop for 10 months and it just stopped working. It was very difficult to get help from the seller and I had to file a Revain claim instead. Very disappointed with the seller's support. I would not buy from this seller again.

Bought this laptop to help my daughters with online school during the pandemic. The laptop is good and does its job well. The touchscreen is very responsive and the display is bright and high definition. The sound is loud, the processor is quite fast. Generally a good bang for your buck.

Great laptop. Arrived with very small dents and scratches. Runs everything I've used on it, all heavy-duty, heavy-duty programs. Won't play 60fps settings for games. But it runs them on minimum settings.

Definitely had a rough life before the refurbishment but works great except for the non original power cord. The laptop wouldn't turn on no matter what, until I plugged in my own HP certified power adapter, at which point it finally turned on and I was able to work with it. I'm having a hard time getting the seller to send me a new one or refund me for the one I'll end up ordering myself as I need it by tomorrow.
