First the seller sent the wrong power adapter so I couldn't turn on the device. The power adapter was included, but it was the wrong plug. However, the seller has since corrected and shipped the correct power supply, so I've increased my score to reflect the product.

Excellent quality. My first time buying a refurbished computer and so far so good. They accidentally sent the wrong power supply but sent the correct one as soon as they were notified. Excellent customer service.

Just received yesterday. Looks like a quality refurbished box. Windows PRO alone costs half. So far it works great and exceeds my expectations. I have too much hardware for my needs, this is a Citrix workstation. One thing - I don't have a built in wifi card which is fine because I connect it to an ethernet network which works great.
