Not the best and not the worst. Only good drives that also have Light Scribe, whether you want to use Light Scribe software or not. It's still a good ride.

Great product, works great. I especially like LightScribe because I can print directly onto CDs. I recommend to anyone considering buying a LightScribe CD.

This item is not often sold in local stores. I record a lot and with these LightScribe discs I can burn tracks and artists straight to the disc without label chaos. They are also available at a great price.

I used it to convert all my cassettes to CDs. It's rare to find one that doesn't record properly and can be played in another CD player. Costs money. I wouldn't use any other.

Be careful what you buy! Don't buy the blue and white package. They are very old and the seller does not mention it. I have one from 2004! I've been using HP Lightscribe for years and this is the first time none of the drives work. Tried all 25 and nothing, tried burning the ones I had left and they worked great. Again, if you see that they are very cheap, don't buy! Had a bad feeling but decided to give it a try and I paid the price.

I was glad when the item arrived. The delivery was very timely, the product was well packaged. I have quite a few CDs to burn and so far I've found (I'm still burning) that 7 out of 25 are bad. I don't think I have to wait until I'm done to say this is a bad batch of CDs. I am disappointed in the wasted time and money. I have an HP computer so it makes sense for me to use the HP CDs.
