Just bought my fifth HP printer (8720 Pro); I had to buy ink immediately as the ones that came with the printer ran out immediately. I ordered the HP 952 3 color combo pack. Got a discount but less ink. Cyan and magenta did not indicate that they were full when the printer indicated the setting. I've attached a copy, but it may be too small to see. I'm so disgusted with HP I should have gone ahead and bought a Brother but several reviews said the photo quality was poor. Hope this helps another…

These were opened 2 days ago to replace fake printer cartridges I was trying to get to save some money (they are running everywhere off). The first problem is that newer HP printers will tell you when you're not using their branded ink cartridges, so performance drops a bit, just based on their software tracking trying to find something cheaper. I just bought these ink cartridges on April 22, 2020. Today is Monday, April 27th, 2020. I've only printed 5 color copies and it shows my ink cartridge status. Three color cartridges are half used. I didn't think to check if they were full when I put the cartridges in, but this leads me to believe I bought used ink cartridges and they are being sold as new. The colors don't even print properly, I can't print in yellow. with this ammo. they are definitely wrong. I will never buy from this seller

Warning! I suspect some sellers are selling counterfeit cartridges. I replaced all three ink cartridges in my printer and received a warning that "Previously used genuine HP ink cartridges are installed". The printer then reported that the cartridge was empty and needed to be replaced.

I am an HP Instant Ink subscriber, my color inks have lasted over a year but for some reason the ink ran out before they sent out a replacement (no change in my ink usage) and never has happened before. I needed ink so regretted spending $68 on it. I received it on Tuesday and the yellow color is already half gone! I only printed about 20 pages with few colors. This is ridiculous, I'm so upset and disappointed.

I bought this ink for my HP OfficeJet Pro 8710. After putting the ink in the printer it said it was incompatible and would not print. The packaging clearly states that this ink is compatible with my printer, so I don't understand why it is showing as incompatible. Can someone please help me with this problem.

Very disappointed with this product, the print did not arrive and the ink had already run out. As you can see from the photos, my printer found that the cartridges were empty and the ink levels were not full. Beware
