Slow, O365 issues with little support

I'm not really into IT so I might be missing something, but this laptop is quite slow (compared to my work laptop on the same networks). .) The camera is not very good, but for me it is not critical. The reason for the low score is that I had several issues with my O365 not opening Word documents, PDFs and Edge yet. Up support is a joke and the computer doesn't know easy tasks

Well it would be a good computer if it could upload photos correctly like any other computer and if the HP support wasn't a complete jerk. I don't think I've ever had a rougher tech support experience, not that I usually ever need tech support, but obviously something is wrong with this brand new one, and also they spent over $400 on it, they want $50 to get one fix a simple problem and then they want to insult you if you find it funny. I'd happily return it and buy from a different brand even…

Impressed Electronics

Very happy with this product. HP has come a long way since I last owned it. REMEMBER this product works in S mode, which means you can only download apps from the App Store. You can turn it off, but you can never turn it on again. All in all, this is a good PC. Great video, light weight, buttons don't stick, pretty fast, audio is loud and clear, and Cortana walks you through setup. I would recommend this PC to anyone.

Better than I expected!

I bought this computer as a backup for working from home, mainly because it wasn't too expensive. I thought it was decent and at least I have something if my desktop crashes. Well it was indeed much better than I expected. Very light but strong, clear screen, VERY easy installation and fast shipping. I don't use it for gaming or anything so I don't know if it's suitable, but for normal office work it's very, very good. It features Windows 10's S mode, which prevents you from downloading certain
