Terrible Performance, Not Worth the Price

This laptop is marketed as a high-performance machine, but based on our own experience, it falls completely flat .It is slow to boot up and programs take forever to load. The keyboard and touchpad are also subpar. The only redeeming quality is the decent graphics. However the hefty price tag is not worth the hassle and frustration of using this laptop. Computers in this category should be able to perform better than this..

Pros
  • Powerful Intel i5 processor and dedicated graphics card, making it great for gaming and graphic design
Cons
  • May experience occasional overheating issues due to the powerful components

If you are buying this then you are buying a problem

Let me tell my story here share. Bought this laptop 2 days ago. I've tried setting it up, it doesn't let me partition my SSD drive the way I want, like 100GB on C drive and 400GB on D drive drive reserved. I'm an IT professional and have tried everything to fix this using google or youtube videos, none of the solutions worked for me. Talking to HP they said it's a software issue they don't cover, I have to pay to fix it. Somehow they agreed to fix it once for free, but they let me wander from…

Pros
  • 14.0 inch FHD IPS (1920 x 1080) thin-bezel touch display WLED-backlit Intel UHD Graphics
Cons
  • There are nuances
