DO NOT BUY the best laptops

If I could leave zero stars, I would. At over $500 and advertised as a business laptop with a camera, it didn't come with one, instead it came with a cheap, fake, misleading piece of plastic. Don't waste money. Terrible, misleading, fraudulent product.

Beware of this refurbished product

Was disappointed that the battery didn't work. Was fixed but they seem to have overlooked the battery. I returned it because I felt I couldn't trust their engineering team.

Best Multimodal Laptop - No longer sold at electronics or office supply stores

The HP ProBook 650 G2 Notebook is an update of the 640 version my office gave me. Allows the use of CDs, DVDs, USB sticks and even micro SD memory cards! We still use them! This laptop model also features a backlit keyboard, which is essential for working outdoors after the sun has set. Likewise, it has a built-in camera and microphone, which are now essential for remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic. But be careful when recording your voice with this laptop and ANY laptop. Playback volumeโ€ฆ

The 'updated' laptop 'works and doesn't look like new'

Only positive note is that the laptop arrived on time. With the laptop itself, problems were immediately noticeable when opening it. The left button on the mouse pad does not work, but is stuck in the down position and does not click. Poorly cut stickers were placed on the mouse pad's buttons and surrounding areas, presumably to hide cosmetic wear on the laptop. The charger that came with the kit was universal (as warned) with an adapter to work with a laptop. It's not like this. The messageโ€ฆ
