Since I spend many hours on it every day, it is important to me to have a good and reliable product. This under $500 laptop is the real deal! This was supposed to be a flagship joke. The amount of malware is insane, not to mention the need to type cell # to get past the HP screen. Came back 2 hours after opening the box and tech support was useless.

This is a really bad machine. The price is good, but the components just aren't high quality. I've had this laptop for about a year and I'm already buying something else. My hard drive is about half full and the system just can't perform basic functions. Opening a video file often freezes and the Wi-Fi connection is unstable.

This computer CANNOT MULTITASK. PUMPED MANY TIMES WHEN UPDATING WINDOWS 10 AFTER 10 HOURS OR MORE I will never buy an HP PC again as I have never had such problems with Acer, Asus, Dell and Gateway PCs in the last 2 decades.

Delivery was very fast. Arrived in perfect condition. I need to use tech support but not yet. I wish I could pay for an expert setup as Windows 10 is very different from 7. I like the laptop but I'm having setup issues.
