otherwise it is a good laptop. The seller admitted they sent the wrong item but I accepted a $60 partial refund to keep it.

I like the computer. The touch screen works well. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the Wi-Fi signal isn't as strong as other HP laptops I've used, including the one I just replaced. I'm hoping installing an extension cord nearby will fix the problem.

I like the laptop but the keyboard does not have a backlit as advertised. I had already pre-ordered the same laptop and had to return it as it didn't have a touchscreen or backlight as advertised. For the price I paid, I expected to receive the product I ordered or a discount.

I like this laptop. I replaced my 4 year old HP Pavilion with this one and what a difference. Bigger, sharper, faster. Ideal for streaming, surfing and social media.
