I like this laptop. I replaced my 4 year old HP Pavilion with this one and what a difference. Bigger, sharper, faster. Ideal for streaming, surfing and social media. The price was also great for a touchscreen. UPDATE On September 4th, 2021, just 7 months later, this PC stopped working. It turned on but didn't show up. After two hours on the phone with tech support, the last thing he had me do was turn it off and it wouldn't turn back on. Then he told me that he could help me to send it in for repair (this is not satisfactory at all). Not impressed with the customer support. Maybe a brand change after several years of buying HP products.
