Easy Time Tracking for Small Businesses

I like that it's easy enough (even if you're not an expert) so anyone can use this system without needing any training or support from someone else who knows how things work! It has helped us keep track of our employees' time, attendance etc., which makes payroll management much easier than doing everything manually each month with Excel templates we've had since before they were even called "spreadsheets". I like that it's easy to use, has many features, gives me access to my data anytime…

Pros
  • Easy for admin/admin team
  • Great customer service
  • User friendly & intuitive UI.
  • Can view reports via phone as well saves typing errors when inputting information in excel template files too long :)
Cons
  • Needs minor design enhancement / make look better

The main problem with the platform is that it is slow to respond to customer queries.

A lot of amazing features and lots of them! Its flexibility and adaptability will be the key reason why the future success lies with its integration into other platforms. Great UX/UI, slick animations and overall usability is excellent. However, they are slow in getting back to us and very poor in answering simple questions about new updates. They don't answer your question until you've asked it twice more or unless someone else has posted an answer already - which usually happens when they're

  • The feature set is quite impressive
  • They provide outstanding customer support.
Cons
  • There seems to be a bug in the system that makes it impossible to save the dashboard once you have created it
  • For example, you cannot create complex queries on more than two columns
