HR Boss is easy to use, it saves time for creating my reports as well as scheduling them out with other people at the same time. I like how easily you can customize your own report templates so that they are personalized just for you! It's also great because it helps me see where there could be inconsistencies between our Payroll system and their systems. It is very user friendly and has great features for my team to use such as employee scheduling, vacation time calculations, benefits enrollment etc. I have not found anything that I dislike about this piece of software. If you are looking for something simple but effective then look no further because hrboss will give your employees all they need in an easy to understand platform. Their customer service is amazing! They answer any question we ask them instantly through their live chat feature.
