Reliably good results

The HTC Fusi-Knit is a tried and true liner, and with good reason. It sticks beautifully to your fabric, has very good adhesion and does exactly what you want it to. I love this product and since I buy it individually I use it all the time. This makes the "difficult" fabric behave and I get great sewing results.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Best for quilts with t-shirts

This is my favorite fixing material for stabilizing clothing for quilts with t-shirts. It sticks well and doesn't stain the iron, although I still use an ironing cloth. I've tried many products and this one allows the shirts to remain flexible while still giving them enough density to create a neat quilt with limited stretch.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Good all-purpose insole

This insole has longitudinal stability and lateral stretch. Melts well and easily with an iron set on "wool" and a press cloth. I spray the pad and fabric with some water before pressing. It is suitable for both knitwear and fabrics, light and medium fabrics, which I mainly sew. It's much, much better than the Pellon brand interfaces I've used before, which were stiffer, bulkier, and often didn't fuse permanently no matter what I did.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • I will add later
