But this tool. This is the goalkeeper.

Outstanding construction and design. There's even a valve puller at the end of the handle. Does not damage alloy wheels. The surcharge compared to cheaper versions is worth it.

Heavy Duty Plastic Tool

More durable than I thought. I hesitated to order because it is plastic. In fact, it's a lot harder than you think. Will not scratch the wheel when pulling the valve. A good product.

Great shop tool!

I work in a shop and bought this tool for everyone, after a few months in a commercial shop this tool works great at a very decent price. There was only one issue with the tool and that is the stop ball that keeps the head from turning broke causing additional problems threading it onto the shaft but other than that it holds up perfectly. It does exactly what it says on the tin and won't scratch or damage wheels or rims.

Pros
  • What's in the box
Cons
  • Doubt

A tool you didn't know you needed.

I saw a similar tool at tire shops but never thought to check what was in stock until I got new tires for my Walker mower. It's always a good idea to swap out the bars when changing tires as this is a common leak point. This tool is long enough to pull out old stems and install new ones. I used to cut the backs off the old ones, but this handy little guy lets you thread them straight through the hole. As mentioned, the retainer isn't the strongest, but mine didn't break on the first use. The…
