These Huggies Preemie Diapers worked well enough to hold baby's urine and feces, but left long fibers and fluff on my baby's genitals. I regularly pulled 3 inch strands of fiber from his privates and from his rolls. This appears to be a health risk as they can trap urine in the diaper which would otherwise be absorbed and potentially contribute to an infection if not noticed when changing.
