Description of Hulless Stainless Screws Phillips Tapping

✅Quantity: 100, #6 x 1/2". Thread Diameter 0.138", Thread Length: 3/8", Head Diameter: 0.262", Head Height: 0.083". Use: Wood. ✅Made of 18-8 grade stainless steel, provides strength and offers good corrosion resistance in many environments, Their high levels of chromium and nickel provide tough corrosion resistance and the ability to withstand considerable physical strain without fracturing. ✅Flat heads are countersunk with a cone shaped bearing surface and a flat top that is used in applications where the head of the fastener must sit flush with the mating surface. ✅Wood screws have deep coarse threads and are specifically designed for use in wood projects. The shank of the wood screw allows the screw to spin freely inside of the outermost piece of wood and draw the inner piece tight against it by having the threaded end grip the wood and pull. ✅Phillips drive is a cross head design and is the most commonly used type in America. Phillips is often criticized for its tendency to cam out at lower torque levels but this was actually a deliberate feature of the design, for the purpose of assembling aluminum aircraft without overtightening the fasteners.

Excellent Value Screws

Nothing wrong with screws. They did an excellent job of keeping the shelves in the closet with these clips: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NCWKQFN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Pros
  • ✅Made of 18-8 stainless steel, offers strength and good corrosion resistance in many environments. Their high chromium and nickel content provides high corrosion resistance and the ability to withstand significant physical stresses without cracking.
Cons
  • A few little things

Excellent Quality Wood Screws

Stainless Steel Bodyless Wood Screws are excellent: the screw head will not be damaged when screwing, excellent holding power and easy to screw into wood. In my opinion only stainless steel screws can be used as they last forever.

Pros
  • ✅The Phillips head is Phillips head and is the most common type in America. Phillips is often criticized for its tendency to spin the cams at lower torque levels, but this was actually an intentional design feature with the goal of assembling aluminum aircraft without over-tightening the brackets.
Cons
  • Expensive

Will order again

Although I haven't had a chance to use it in my project, I think someone asked for the number of screws due to confusion or confusion in the name and description. Being a devotee, I counted every screw in one of the two packages I ordered and received. Actually there were 207. They came in a double pack. I will definitely order again if I need more.

Pros
  • ✅ Wood screws have a deep coarse thread and are specially designed for use in wood projects. The shank of the screw allows the screw to spin freely in the outermost piece of wood and push the inner part firmly against it as the threaded end grips and pulls the wood.
Cons
  • The packaging is ugly
